The trend isn，t more Chinese woman marrying foreigners, but increasing number of Chinese men marrying foreigners. Vietnamese brides are a prime example, thousands of them are married to Chinese men annually, making China the most popular destination for Vietnamese brides. On a personal level, two of my mates will marry their British fiance this year. With rapid rise in wealth, Chinese bachelors are becoming increasingly popular.

obviously if the husband has purchased the flat before marriage, it belongs to him and no way to his wife. she can get share of the property provided she refunds 50% of the property value to the husband.
