Pillar Financial Services joins the MorWEB network
Oct 7, 2011 - Marlborough Stirling Canada (MSC) is pleased to confirm that Pillar Financial Services has joined the MorWEB network and is now capable of accepting mortgage applications submitted by brokers using MorWEB, MSC’s web-based mortgage broker origination system.
MorWEB is Marlborough Stirling Canada’s web-based residential mortgage origination technology, designed to streamline communication and origination processes between mortgage brokers and lenders. MorWEB electronically connects mortgage brokers to lenders, credit bureaus, real estate appraisers, mortgage life insurance companies and other third-party providers to the mortgage industry.
Pillar has offered a diverse range of mortgages to the Canadian broker community for the past 25 years with their primary focus being to provide clients with greater flexibility for mortgages that can typically be difficult to service at a schedule A bank.
Marc Moeys of Pillar says: “Pillar can help mortgage brokers close purchases quickly, bridge purchases, get development projects started on time and finished in a timely manner. We fully support and rely upon the broker community and we offer same-day turnaround on completed mortgage applications with funding commitments provided within one week.
